Gabriel Gonzalez
Dex&Co. Founder
Gabriel is a first generation American citizen whose drive and commitment to be successful was instilled in him at an early age.
His father, an engineer, immigrated from Cuba as a refugee, and witnessing that journey taught Gabriel valuable lessons about goals, persistence, and hard work.
Gabriel has a natural tendency to adopt an organized, process-driven approach to solving problems, which he also attributes to his father.
After earning his degree in Business Management from Rutgers University, Gabriel spent time traveling the world, and actively seeking out new and different perspectives. This interest in understanding other people’s point of view has proven helpful in building business relationships and negotiating contracts.
With the values of hard work deeply ingrained in him, he has built a career and reputation on honesty and transparency.
Gabriel makes it a priority to give back to the community that shaped him. As a participating mentor for Hispanics Inspiring Student’s Performance and Achievement (HISPA), he helps guide youth toward college-bound careers.
